Products & Orders
  • All items are custom made on demand. Please review product details and sizing before ordering.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, errors in product info, or supply issues).
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production begins.
Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • Payment is due at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods supported by Shopify.
  • Discounts or promo codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase.
Shipping
  • Shipping times and rates are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
  • Because all products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
Intellectual Property
  • All designs, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of MatchRiot. You may not use, copy, or distribute them without permission.
User Conduct
  • You agree not to use our site for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchRiot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of our site or products.
