What We Cover
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ve got you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund—your choice.

How to Report an Issue
- Email us at matchriotonline@gmail.com
- Include your order number
- Attach a clear photo showing the issue
No need to ship anything back. We’ll review your request within 48 hours and get your replacement or refund processed quickly.
What’s Not Covered
- Wrong size or color ordered (please check our size charts before ordering)
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in print placement (up to 0.5" is normal for printed apparel)
